Processing of Personal Data

The privacy policy below informs you about processing of personal data by these companies:

all with its registered office at Plzeňská 3217/16, Prague 5, 150 00, tel: +420 296 332 411, (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or the "Controller"), process the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services.

I. Which personal data are processed, on what legal basis and for how long

We process personal data only to the extent necessary, for a limited period of time, that is required to fulfil the purpose or to meet legal requirements.

II. Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties

In case of a legal requirement, we may share your personal data with public authorities (police, foreign police, bankruptcy, and others). We also use the services of companies that provide postal and e-mail mailings, IT administration, websites, satisfaction questionnaires and technical processing operations (suppliers of information systems and applications).

None of the processors is located outside the EU/EEA.

III. Profiling and automated decision-making

None of the Controllers performs profiling or uses automated decision-making.

IV. Technical and organisational measures for security of personal data of data subjects

  • In particular, the Controller has taken and maintains the following measures to ensure the level of personal data security, consisting in particular of:
    • Training of persons processing personal data.
    • Encrypting and/or anonymizing personal data.
    • Ensuring the continued confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.

V. Rights of data subjects

  • Data subjects have the following rights in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR:
  • Right to information about the processing of personal data.
  • Right to withdraw consent if the legal basis is consent.
  • Right to rectification.
  • Right to object to processing if the processing is based on a legitimate interest.
  • Right to erasure.
